Cocktail Table - House of Finn Juhl

House of Finn Juhl is the Danish company in charge of producing the original designs of the architect and designer Finn Juhl. Products created in the 40s, 50s and 60s in which decorative, extravagant and very functional furniture stands out.

The Cocktail coffee table was designed in 1951 after the success of Finn Juhl furniture in the United States. After learning about the ostentatiousness and extravagance of the American and Hollywood upper class. He surrounded himself with this environment in which cocktails and parties were very popular, so he experimented to make changes to some of his designs, resulting in the Cocktail coffee table from the Eye table.

The sleek, three-legged coffee table is a further development of its previous eye-shaped table, but as the expression goes, "everything has to be bigger in America." Despite its size, and thanks to its organic shape, without sharp corners, the table allows free movement around it.
