Buying Guide

To buy in our online store you simply have to browse through it through the different categories and subcategories until you find the item you want.

Once you have found the product, by clicking on it you can access a window with more extensive and detailed information about it. Next to the item description you will see the "add" button, and when you press this button, you will add the item to the cart.

Your shopping cart will reflect:

• The selected item
• The number of units
• The price of each unit
• The total

If you want to continue browsing the store, you will only have to click on the continue shopping button located on the same screen. If you want to add more items to your shopping cart, simply repeat the steps already done the first time; The cart will automatically add the amounts of the new items.

Once the product search is finished, we can check our purchase through the cart icon that is always visible on any of the store pages. Once there we can perform different movements:

• Delete a product using the "Remove" icon
• Continue shopping
• Empty Cart
• Place Order

To make the purchase simply click on the "place order" button, then the following data will be requested:

• Payment method:
  • By bank transfer
  • Credit card
• Contact and billing details, which will correspond to those of shipping unless we indicate otherwise.
• Shipping data in the event that we want to receive the order at a different address than the billing address.
• As an option, you can comment on the order in the field provided for this at the end.

At the end of the data entry we can see the products and the final amount of the order, this will be updated depending on the options chosen in the data entry when necessary.

Once all the fields have been filled in and the contracting conditions have been accepted, all that remains is to press the "finish order" button, a summary of the order, the options chosen and the data provided will be displayed.

Once there, you can choose whether to change any data with the "change data" button or click "confirm order" and the purchase will be finalized.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE PERIODS WITH DISCOUNTS:

During sales periods, you can enjoy discounts on the products that appear in our catalogue. These discounts apply EXCLUSIVELY to purchases made from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and with shipping within Spanish territory. Purchases made during these periods with shipping to other countries such as Portugal, will not have these discounts applied.
