Is adding synonymous with Buying?
"Add" is not "Buy". It simply represents adding products to the shopping cart, but until you fill out the order form and click on the "confirm order" button, you will not commit to buying anything.

Do the prices reflected include VAT?
Yes, all the prices of the products offered are inclusive of VAT. For orders under €99 shipping costs will be added at the time of ordering. The rest of the orders will be postage paid (Consult Shipping Costs).
How much are the shipping costs?
You can see exactly how much it costs to ship the desired items before confirming the order by simply adding them to the shopping cart.
Does the price of the product include assembly?
The price of the product does not include assembly, but if you need it you can request this service from us, which will have an added cost.
Are deliveries of a large order always made at street level?
Yes, large volume deliveries, such as table, sofa, bed, armory... They are always at street level, the climb to the home is not included, but if you need it you can request this service from us that will have an added cost.
Do the products offered have any kind of warranty?
Yes. All our products offer a direct warranty from the seller, which in no case is less than two years from delivery.
The consumer user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it, as established by Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
This warranty is valid in all member countries of the European Union.
Can I cancel an order?
When placing an order, an email is automatically generated with the details of the order, if any error or omission is displayed in it, it is possible to cancel the order by replying to said email and referring to the error in question.
