We present the Band armchair by Kettal, with a Teak wood structure suitable for outdoor use, it is the result of collaboration with designer Patricia Urquiola. Together they present the Band seating collection. A family that is created with the idea of the decomposition and assembly of the different parts of the structure that give it shape, leaving it visible and adding an upholstered backrest and seat that provides comfort and color to the design in contrast to Teak wood.
Kettal, like many prestigious international firms, has had the collaboration of the renowned and talented designer Patricia Urquiola to create and launch the Band collection.
To create this line of outdoor seats , the idea of the decomposition of the structure, the shape and the placement of the parts that assemble the different parts of the seat have been inspired and fixed.
The design of the Band Teca armrests intentionally challenges the classic sophisticated lines of furniture design and becomes schematic, a conceptual result that will make you fall in love with its simplicity and style.
The structure of the Band chairs is made up of repetitive angular geometries that express raw materials and can be made entirely of aluminium or Teka wood. In addition, color is compensated and added combined with Terrain Elements upholstery that gives it a wide variety of finish tones to adapt to the different spaces and tastes of each client.
