This model is ideal to accompany any sofa or armchair in your living room, or even as a bedside table. Its metal structure available in various finishes is visually offset by a delicate transparent glass top.
The Side Platner Table is a 46-centimeter tall design that combines steel and a glass top. Its author, Warren Platner, was an architect and designer who in 1966, created an elegant collection of armchairs, tables and stools based on transforming steel rod into sculptural furniture. These are built by welding vertical rods of shiny steel, looking for the style belonging to the period of Louis XV, a decorative, soft and elegant design. However, he wanted to create the structure in such a way that the details would be integrated as functional elements. It pays great attention to both its shape and manufacture. The Platner collection has been produced continuously since its inception.
Materials: polished nickel, bronze or 18-carat gold structure with transparent glass top (for other finishes consult).
Measurements: Diameter 40 x Height 46 centimeters.
