The BKF armchair finished in canvas is a design by Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan and Jorge Ferrari-Hardoy. Created in 1938, its name comes from the initials of its designers: Bonet, Kurchen and Ferrari, (BKF), also known as the Butterfly chair.

A unique design piece, with a light and precise shape that integrates geometrically into an original cover, in this case canvas, giving a strong personality to your living room or garden. The structure of the BKF armchair is made of black painted steel (it does not fold). We also include in this product the possibility of purchasing this BKF armchair in a natural canvas finish with leather reinforcement and trim.

The BKF Armchair is designed by the Austral Group, whose members were the architects Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan and Jorge Ferrari and produced by Isist Atelier.

A curious combination can be observed: the cold metal structure contrasts with the warm support surfaces, all handmade by expert craftsmen. The harmony and purity of the forms produces a sensation of timelessness and neutrality capable of placing these seats in any time or space.
