Paul McCobb was in charge of designing the Cache Desk Organiser, a filing cabinet designed to be placed on the Cache tables of the same collection, but due to its elegant and simple aesthetics it fits on any sideboard or desk.
It is produced with a delicate and thin black steel structure and offers 2 drawers and an oak wood shelf on which to place documents and office supplies.
The firm Karakter Copenhagen is in charge of producing the Cache series of tables, belonging to Paul McCobb's extensive Planner collection designed in the 50s.
This collection stands out for its simplicity and elegance, in the minimum expression is the beautiful and the timeless, which is why it presents tables and accessories in straight shapes that are produced with a black steel metal structure and oak wood top.
To complete the storage on its Cache tables or on the console, the firm Karakter is committed to producing this organizer, created by the designer at the same time as the tables, the Cache Desk Organiser, a small file cabinet to place on the surface of the table to gain 2 drawers and a top shelf in which to store papers, magazines or office supplies.
Its design resides in a construction of slender legs like the table itself and has the same fun two-finger opening system as the desk drawers.
