Robert Dudley Best's Bestlite collection was a milestone in the history of British design and in the Danish firm itself. The functional design of Bestlite lamps and their timelessness made them the true revolution of the 30s, being exhibited in different buildings throughout history such as, for example, in the Savoy Hotel in London in 1930, in the Isokon building in 1934 and in the British Royal Air Force.
