Tatou T1 Lamp - Flos

Tatou T1 Lamp is a high-quality, completely timeless table lamp. Patricia Urquiola is inspired by the old classic Japanese armor and thus becomes a very resistant and strong model, but also dynamic, light and flexible. Tatou is a French word whose translation is 'armadillo', the armored mammal.

The interwoven elements form a unified dome that diffuses direct light, either upwards or downwards, allowing light to pass discreetly through it, thus creating a play of light and shadow. This housing also protects the view from direct light. Tatou is destined to become a cult product for lovers of good design for its synthesis of form and function, as well as for its geometric, modern and essential style that mixes poetic sensibility with expertise in production techniques.
