Table lamp designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba for Foscarini.
Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, 2012.
Rituals table lamp.
The horizontal lines, engraved on the surface of the lamps, simulate the lightness of the washi paper of oriental lanterns, giving life to a soft and fascinating decoration, offering a diffused, warm and soft light in the environment. The particular processing of glass, with a frosted effect that is born from the industrialization of an artisanal process, generates an unprecedented sensation of chiaroscuro, depending on the thickness of the lines. The body in blown glass, marking a plaster effect, is suspended on a base formed by three metal feet: an element that provides a lot of character, in which the lamp seems to float.
It is available in two versions, with G9 lamp holder (with regulator included) or E27. Rituals creates a very intimate, emotional lighting. Each of them has a different function and occupies a different position. Table for the lowest version, the highest for reading and the smallest for a bedside table.
