Lampadina is the perfect combination of creativity and technology, one of the characteristics of all Flosdesign lamps, which combines great design by a great designer, in this case Achille Castiglioni, and technological contribution by the leading Italian lighting manufacturer Flos.
The Lampadina lamp is a luminaire designed by Achille Castiglioni as a tribute to the opening of the Flos store in Turin in 1971, it is a table or wall lamp. It consists of a large globulux bulb partially satin to avoid glare. The base consists of two slightly separated anodized aluminum perforated discs, reminiscent of a roll of film, which is useful for winding excess cable or for hanging the lamp on the wall. The lamp holder is made of Bakelite.
Direct/diffuse light table lamp. Anodized aluminum base, with electrical cable winder function. Bakelite lamp holder with a painted finish in orange or black. Globolux partially sandblasted transparent lamp.
