The Utamaro armchairs are part of the set next to the Utamaro sofa, designed by Masanori Umeda. Its structure and colors are the result of the influences of Japanese culture and the works of Kitagawa Utamaro.
Limited edition of 12 pieces + 1 artist's proof piece.
The Utamaro armchairs are part of the Night Tales collection and the Utamaro series, both designed by Masanori Umeda. For this product, the designer is inspired by the image of the rituals of the Edo period and the figure of the woman captured in the works of Kitagawa Utamaro and in traditional Japanese domestic culture.
Materials: lacquered tubular metal structure, Japanese tatami mat and silk cushions.
Available in blue and purple.
