Uchiwa is the armchair designed by Doshi Levien for HAY, it has an original high backrest and an aesthetic with a lot of personality.
It combines wooden structure with body upholstered in Remix fabric by Kvadrat, you have the possibility to combine colors and upholstery to achieve a two-tone finish, in the latter case consult us.

Uchiwa Armchair.
Uchiwa is the HAY signature armchair that takes its soft, open shape from the traditional Japanese handheld fan of the same name. Generous and welcoming, the Uchiwa armchair has an enveloping hard layer of plastic in which it houses a surprisingly soft padding inside. The seat shell is upholstered. In addition, the armchair has an extra, a foot stool, which accompanies as a natural extension of its comfort. (Not included)

The legs are made of natural or stained oak wood.
