The Gilda Armchair was designed by Carlo Mollino in 1954 for Zanotta. Carlo Mollino resorts to the curve in a search for lightness, seeming to gravitate before hitting the ground. His designs are always influenced by his passions: the world of automobiles and aviation. Carlo Mollino defined himself as "an aerodynamic surrelist".
Finishes: Oak-stained ash or Canaletto walnut-stained structure. Bronzed brass hardware. Seat adjustable in four positions (85/113 cm). Thermobonded polyurethane / polyester fibre padding with steel spiral suspension. Removable fabric or leather upholstery.
Scozia 90 Leather Upholstery: polished grain, chrome tanned, dyeing / finishing by pigmented impregnation.
Measurements: height 93 / 77 x depth 85 / 113 x width 79 cm.
