George Nelson, 1955.
Coconut Chair.
This armchair is a typical creation of the design of the fifties, characterized by clarity of shapes, balanced use of materials and a touch of humor. By resorting to the natural and spacious shape of a coconut shell but with its inverted colors, the white part is the exterior of this armchair, Nelson creates a comfortable and cozy armchair that offers the user maximum freedom to sit in any position.
