Simboli sinsemantici, by Enzo Mari, are a collection of monochromatic silkscreen prints (in black) made up of six different symbols. The goal of the series was to bring art into the home by making it more accessible to a wider audience. The fact that the symbols are printed and produced in an unlimited series overrides the preconceived concept of a single original work of art.
