The Theia lamp in Marset owes its name to the Greek Goddess mother of the sun, moon and dawn. Through its materials and shapes, Theia P infuses a fascinating play of light and shadow that is achieved by discovering its dial. The Theia lamp can be turned towards the user to use it during reading, oriented towards an object to give it prominence or towards a wall to set the mood with its indirect and warm light in a space. This rotation of the metal diffuser on its axis offers a different perception of the piece as it is totally opaque. Theia manages to reflect light in such a way that it is an admirable object.
Materials: Base and post in black or white lacquered iron; White or black lacquered aluminum heatsink with integrated switch. Vertical lacquered repulsed iron semi-sphere with white interior and transparent thermoformed methacrylate lampshade.
