The Sölden chair is a tribute to the classic patterns of curved wood design by Gebrüder Thonet Vienna.

The Sölden chair by Wiener GTV Design marks a particularly decisive period on an architectural and artistic level, known in Vienna as Jugendstil, in which the treatment of bent wood changes. Its design pays homage to this decisive period dating back to the decade of the 30s. Sölden chair is a charismatic and formal design in which wood takes on special prominence by transforming it into a more contemporary and functional square element. In addition, the curved shape of the Sölden chair's backrest provides greater ergonomics in the seat, making it a contemporary design with a lot of Bauhaus influence.
Materials: Structure in black lacquered wood or Canaletto walnut; Rattan backing (Viennese straw); Padded seat upholstered in Remix 2 textile (Cat. B Kvadrat).
