This design piece is made of solid oak wood with different finishes and a seat upholstered in Kvadrat Fiord textile or Silk Leather. All the comfort of the In Between chair from &Tradition now with the elegance of the upholstered seat.
In Between SK2 chair with upholstered seat harmonizes traditional wood craftsmanship with the elegance and style of various upholstery finishes. The SK2 chair is manufactured using two classic techniques: compression molding (so it is light and thin, but strong) and wood turning (a technique that uses a lathe to achieve greater detail). Sami Kallio, with his solid background in traditional Scandinavian woodworking techniques and his eye for ingenious detail, has proven to be the ideal candidate to design the first wooden chair for &tradition. The upholstered seat is the perfect complement to the wooden chair: it embraces modern lifestyles and long, cozy dinners around the table.
Materials: oak wood. Seat upholstered with Kvadrat fabric or in black leather or cognac.
Finishes: Bleached oak, smoked oak or black lacquered oak.
