




The Grand Prix chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 and is currently produced by Fritz Hansen.
We propose the chair with base finish and seat shell in oak or walnut wood + front upholstered in Christianshavn fabric.

Grand Prix Chair - Upholstered front.
In 1957, Arne Jacobsen designed the Grand Prix chair for the firm Fritz Hansen. It was officially presented as model 3130, but was renamed after being awarded the prestigious Triennale di Milano Award that same year.
The chair was first presented at the Spring Exhibition of Danish Crafts and Furniture Design.
Grand Prix is the perfect example of furniture design that is able to enhance the ambiance of a room with its presence.
