




The S chair is a sculptural and iconic single seat design designed by Tom Dixon for the firm Cappellini.
S is a chair originally handcrafted from swamp straw or wicker that has become an emblem of contemporary industrial design. Its curved shapes and the play given by the contrast of materials makes it an elegant and timeless design suitable for any place.

The S chair was a milestone in the contemporary design sector in the early 90s.
