Human Figure Rug 1948 - Nanimarquina

The Human Figure Carpet 1948, pays tribute to the artistic work of Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002) and currently represents one of the greatest exponents of the plastic arts of the second half of the twentieth century. This year nanimarquina has created the Chillida collection based on a chronological selection of his pictorial works, from the Human Figure of 1948, through the drawing Tinta of 1957 and the work Collage of 1966 that reflect the work process prior to his best-known work, the Comb of the Wind of San Sebastián. It also includes two drawings of his famous hands: Hand and Hands from the nineties and the work of Gravitation from 1993 and 1994 where he created a new form of relief, a sculptural relief made with paper. All this work has been translated into rugs with the utmost accuracy, all of them handmade and using various techniques and different materials such as wool, silk, moer, to give textures and show the essence of her work and offer the value it deserves.

Conservation and cleaning: it is recommended to vacuum at least once a week. Prevent stains from drying and apply the most appropriate solution to remove them. Do not take carpets to the dry cleaners too often. If it is essential, make sure that they are specialized dry cleaners. It can be dry cleaned.
